What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal only for web orders. For other methods of payment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at one of the stores and we will be happy to accept Visa and Mastercard payments over the phone.
How can I track my order?
Most deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail first class post - we will be happy to email you proof of postage when your order is dispatched. If a supplier provides a direct courier service, we will be able to email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on when your order will be delivered.
What happens if I have any problems with my order?
Please contact us using the Contact Us page and we will investigate your problem and try to resolve it as soon as we can.
What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?
If your order is delivered by Royal Mail or a courier, they will either leave your package in a safe place or will leave you a card asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery. The couriers will only keep your package for a maximum of five working days, after which it will be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you and let you know what has happened.
What happens if I need to return my products to you?

What happens if I have a complaint?
